After a client uploads a file via the client upload page on your website there are 2 ways of downloading their files

A. Via email:

1. You will receive an email with subject: New file upload from [their full name]
2. Check your Junk or Spam folder if you cannot see any of these emails
3. In the email will be a link to the uploaded file(s) plus any comment or note they included with their upload.
4. To download a file simply click on it

B. Via your FeedsyCentre

1. Login to your FeedsyCentre
2. Click on Forms > Entries (in the left hand navigation)
3. You will see a list of uploaded files as well as this info:
   1. Full Name - the uploader's name
   2. Email- the uploader's email address
   3. File - the uploader's file(s)
   4. Notes - any notes made by the uploader
4. To download a file simply click on the File
