Yoast helps you by first asking you for keywords or terms that you expect people to search for when discovering your article (eg "financial advice gawler").

Then Yoast tries to help your SEO by making recommendations on your article's...

1. Title
2. URL
3. Meta description (the text you see on the search results in Google
4. First paragraph
5. Text throughout (recommends at least 300 words)
6. Image alt text (inside of the text via Add Media)
7. Links to other pages.
